Together with Sonia Sons we created a ‘San Miguel Space’, a terrace over a terrace in the first stage of Space nightclub.

We developed a covered insertion by means of a few representative elements. To avoid swaying, we fixed the tent with a kind of nautical cabling system and we covered it with a military camouflage fabric.

We designed a cylindrical drum-shaped sofa that was manufactured by a boilermaker company that specializes in septic tanks.

The boilermakers automatically reinterpreted our Autocad drawings with their own techniques, which were as rudimentary as – surprisingly – effective. For instance, one of them was based on a chalk and a string!
